Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the hosted NovaScope application at app.novascope.io. They are a visitor-facing summary of how the product is sold and used. They are not a substitute for counsel-reviewed contracts.

The service

NovaScope is a hosted workspace for local pack, Google Business Profile, technical SEO, NAP, and Answer Engine Audits. Reports can be exported as white-label PDF or DOCX. We host the app; you do not run a server.

Licenses and billing

Paid access is sold on /pricing. BYOK seats are a one-time license: you paste your own API keys in Settings and pay those providers directly. Platform plans, when offered, use NovaScope-managed keys under a subscription. Promo codes, if any, are entered at checkout — not on this site.

After payment, sign in at /login with the checkout email and the workspace password we provide. Access depends on an active license or subscription.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for client data you enter and for reports you send.
• BYOK customers are responsible for third-party API costs and provider terms.
• Do not redistribute the application, source, or license keys.
• Use the service only for lawful audits of sites and listings you are authorized to review.

Complimentary audit

One watermarked scan is available at /try with email and consent. It does not include a paid license, seats, or white-label export.

Limitation

The service is provided as hosted software for SEO and AI-visibility research. Findings are not a guarantee of rankings, citations, or traffic. To the extent permitted by law, NovaScope is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outages or changes at third-party APIs you (or we) call during a scan.
