Six steps from checkout to a white-label file

How NovaScope works

Hosted SaaS. You buy once, sign in with the email from Checkout and create a password, paste your keys, and run audits under your brand. Same path for agencies, local businesses, and in-house teams.

  1. Buy a one-time license — or try free

Complimentary: one watermarked scan at /try (email + consent). No SerpAPI, no export.

Full pipeline: one-time BYOK license on /pricing (Small Business $149, Solo $299, Team $599, Agency $999). Hosted at app.novascope.io; you bring Gemini and SerpAPI — optionally Claude, ChatGPT, or Groq.

  2. Sign in with your checkout email and create a password

After payment, go to /login. Use the email you entered at checkout and create a password. That is the same sign-in the login screen asks for — workspace email and password. There is no separate signup form, magic link, or social login.

Checkout success sends you to sign in with that checkout email. If you have not purchased yet, the login page points you back to pricing.

  3. Paste API keys in Settings

Open Settings and paste your keys. They save to your workspace. Gemini (and optionally Groq) write the audit narrative. SerpAPI powers local pack, GBP maps data, and Google AI Overviews. Optionally Claude or ChatGPT for Answer Engine Audits. PageSpeed uses a Google PageSpeed key when you add one.

A license does not include hosted Gemini or SerpAPI. Print the Get your API keys walkthrough if you need the dashboard clicks. We never ask you to email a secret.

  4. Add your branding

Still in Settings, set the company name, product name, accent colors, cover, and logo. Those assets show in the app header and at the top of every paid PDF and DOCX export. NovaScope branding does not appear on files you send.

Agencies use their own name. Local businesses and in-house teams use the brand on the door. Skip this step if you are only testing in the UI; add it before you email a client or a VP.

  5. Run an audit — or import a CSV

Create an audit with the business name, domain, and NAP. NovaScope runs Answer Engine Audits (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews), local pack and GBP, technical SEO (robots, schema JSON-LD / microdata / RDFa, on-page, HTTPS, PageSpeed), and NAP consistency in one pass.

High-volume shops import a CSV (Client Name and Domain) and run the book of work from the audit tracker instead of pasting URLs one by one. Team and Agency seats are built for that shared roster; Solo and Small Business still run the same checks.

  6. Export a white-label PDF or DOCX

When the report is ready, export PDF or DOCX. Paying licenses get a clean file under the branding you set — no NovaScope watermark. Complimentary /try scans stay watermarked and cannot be exported.

Send the file as your deliverable, or keep it in the tracker until the next correction round. The same audit stays in the workspace so you can re-run after the client ships fixes.

What you are buying

NovaScope hosts the workspace. You pay Gemini and SerpAPI on their own bills — optionally Claude, ChatGPT, or Groq. The complimentary scan is a preview, not a license. For a feature-by-feature list — Answer Engines, local pack, schema, NAP, tracker, and export limits — see Features.

Start with a free scan, or buy a seat.

One watermarked audit at /try, or a one-time license from $149. White-label PDF/DOCX on every paid export.
