NovaScope is a hosted local SEO and AI visibility platform built for agencies, local businesses, and in-house teams. One audit pulls together local pack rankings, Google Business Profile health, NAP consistency, technical SEO, and Answer Engine visibility, then exports as a white-label PDF or DOCX you can send straight to a client or a VP.

NovaScope licenses are one-time purchases: Solo at $299, Team at $599, or Agency at $1,199. There is no per-audit fee from NovaScope itself. Instead, you connect your own Gemini and SerpAPI keys in Settings (Gemini and SerpAPI write the audit narrative and power local pack, GBP, and AI Overview data), and optionally Claude, ChatGPT, Groq, or Perplexity for deeper Answer Engine coverage. You pay those providers directly on your own billing, with no markup from NovaScope. Every license includes 12 months of NovaScope Care (updates and priority support), which then renews annually.

Each audit runs in one pass: Answer Engine Audits (how the business shows up in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews), local pack and Google Business Profile performance, technical SEO (robots.txt and crawler access, schema markup in JSON-LD, microdata, or RDFa, on-page signals, HTTPS, and Core Web Vitals through PageSpeed), and NAP consistency across listings. It replaces the five separate tools most teams stitch together to cover the same ground.

Search is no longer just ten blue links. Answer Engine Audits check whether a business actually gets surfaced when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews a question, not just where it ranks in a traditional results page. As more local search starts in an AI assistant instead of a search box, this is quickly becoming as important as classic local pack ranking, and it is one of the things that sets NovaScope apart from older local SEO tools.

Every PDF and DOCX export carries your company name, product name, accent colors, cover, and logo, wherever you set them in Settings. NovaScope branding does not appear anywhere on the files you send to a client or stakeholder. Agencies typically use their own agency name; local businesses and in-house teams use the brand on the door.

Yes. Team and Agency seats are built for a shared roster: import a CSV of client names and domains and run the pipeline across all of them from the audit tracker, instead of pasting URLs in one at a time. The Command Center then shows what is in progress, delivered, or blocked across every client, location, or brand you manage. Solo runs the same full audit, just for one login rather than a shared team roster.

No. NovaScope is a hosted platform, so there is no server to set up or maintain. You sign in with your email and a password (no separate signup form, magic link, or social login), add your API keys, add your branding, and start auditing.

At minimum, Gemini and SerpAPI — Gemini writes the audit narrative and SerpAPI powers local pack, GBP maps data, and Google AI Overviews. The recommended starter is Gemini + Groq + SerpAPI, then add Yelp and Crawly if you want NAP and backlink coverage. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Moz, and SpyFu are optional paid extras for deeper coverage. The Get Your API Keys guide walks through getting each one.

Solo is one login. Team ($599) includes 5 seats on a shared workspace. Agency ($1,199) includes 15 seats with CSV import across the book of work. All three run the same full audit stack — the difference is how many people share the workspace and roster tools.

Copy it immediately after checkout — the confirmation page shows it once, and there is no other way to look it up later. If you've already lost it, email hello@novascope.io and we can help you recover access.

Unused licenses can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you never activated — no workspace password created and no audits run. Once you create a password or run an audit (or invite a teammate, on Team/Agency), access has been delivered and it is no longer refundable. We also don't refund your own API provider bills. Every license includes 12 months of Care (updates and priority support). If it lapses without renewal, we pause new audits and re-scans on your workspace, but you keep sign-in access and every report you've already generated — nothing is deleted. Renew at any time to resume running scans.

We store your account email and session, workspace branding settings, the audit records you create (business name, domain, NAP, scan results, and generated report text), and billing status from Stripe to confirm your license.
